If You Are Interested In A Unit:

Please fill out one application for each adult (over 18 years old) who will be residing in the unit. The following information MUST be complete and legible in order to process the application:

  • Complete Name as it appears on your Social Security Card
  • Your Social Security Number
  • Your current address including zip code
  • Contact information for your current Landlord
  • Number of other occupants
  • Whether or not you are a smoker
  • Some complexes allow animals, you must provide information about your animal(s) if they are allowed and will be residing with you.
  • Employment information—you must provide verifiable income information.
  • You must provide one personal reference and the name and address of your nearest living relative and their contact information.
  • You must complete the questionnaire on the bottom of the application and then sign and date the application.
  • Also, please provide us with a phone number at which you can be reached so that we can call and set up a lease signing if you are accepted.

Application Fee:

There is an non-refundable application fee of $35 per application, this must be remitted in the form of cash, money order or cashier’s checks, NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.


Each applicant must submit a copy of his/her drivers license or other picture ID before the application can be processed.

Income Qualification:

Applicants must have a verifiable income that equals or exceeds three times the rent amount of the unit for which they are applying.

Credit Qualification:

We reserve the right to increase the advertised Security Deposit of any unit if an applicant’s credit history suggests a higher risk of default.  If you have an eviction or bankruptcy in your credit history, please do not apply, your application will be denied
